Jury deliberates on Demeniuk's fate

Dr. Barbara Kirwin, a licensed clinical and forensic psychologist, wrote in her book "The Mad, the Bad and the Innocent" about a young man who was taking Prozac, another SSRI.

"Prozac would be out of the question," Kirwin wrote. "It could take the lid off his depression enough to allow all of his murderous rage to erupt - a rare but risky side effect of Prozac in potentially violent people."
